I think that eBay seller _is_ Mongoose. I’ve bought the _entire_ Paranoia XP line-up from this seller for about 40 pounds total (they’ve been auctioning these items all summer), the products have been brand new, and shipped direct from Mongoose Publishing packaged exactly the same as something bought from their online store.
